New support plans
From this moment, we divide the support to Free, Technical and Premium.
Free support – questions about the platform. Available in our web chat on work hours (5 a.m. – 2 p.m. UTC).
Technical support – help with deploying applications, researching problems with applications, creating stacks for your apps etc. Available at email@example.com. The price is 40$/hourly.
Premium support – includes a dedicated channel in Discord. The maximum priority with guaranteed to be handled in 12 hours. The price is 350$/monthly.

Deploying tips in Knowledgebase
For some of new users, it might be difficult to set up an application from scratch and understand the difference and features of Docker.
